Hi Janet, I’m enjoying your posts about the plugins, but I think you need to correct something here:

‘Greasemonkey will change the way a web page appears or functions by associating some java code with the web page.’

I think Greasemonkey actually works with JavaScript, which is not the same as Java. It’s a minor thing, but die-hard coders won’t like it
I’ve recently tried to write some of my own plugins for FF and found out that you can only use JavaScript in combination with XUL, which was -in all honesty- a bit of a let-down for me.
