Instant Position has a set of free SEO tools including a Link Checker, HTTP Header Check, Ip to Host name and SEO Page Tester Tool. I found the SEO Page Tool very useful for checking keywords in a page.

This sounds like a great tool! I have a site with several hundred pages and some are missing basics like title tags (I know it needs work!), so I will try using this tool to fix all the missing info.
