It’s now been a whole month since the change to eBay Partner Network (EBPN) from CJ so how are you commissions? There’s been a lot of activity on the forums with many people reporting commissions way down since the change. There have also been a number of problems that people have experienced this month in addition to the change to EBPN. Many of us have had our .info domains deindexed, people hosting on GoDaddy had no auctions showing on their sites for nearly 2 weeks and then Hostgator decided to change everyones passwords for security reasons so some websites had errors instead of auctions.
As far as the .info domains are concerned I have not heard yet of anyone’s being reindexed. I’ve transferred all of mine (except 1) to .com domains and they are slowly increasing in traffic. The one I left as a test is still deindexed.
So how are my commissions this month? I had a very nice start to the month with a big commission from someone purchasing a $4000 item so I was looking forward to a record month. 3 of my sites increased their visitors by more than double with one going from about 40 visitors a day to around 120. These are my main commission earning sites so did I get lots of nice commissions? Nope! Commissions since that one big one at the beginning of the month have been way down. My .info domains weren’t bringing in much so that’s not the reason for the drop. It’s very depressing when you go to Google Analytics and see a nice healthy visitor rate and then go to EBPN and see flat lines for commisions!
I do not know what’s going on. EBPN deny any tracking problems but many people are experiencing the same issues. Here’s a thread on Digital Point Forum about it. Some people are reporting better commissions than on CJ so it’s not universal.
There is talk of moving to Pepperjam which has recently acquired eBay as an advertiser (why EBPN would do this when they have their own in-house affiiate program is a mystery to me!)
So how are your commissions? Have you had the best month ever and can’t understand what all the fuss is about or are you too experiencing a drop in commissions?

We are under the thumb of these huge megalopalies that have us by the throats.Rules change to meet their need for profits forgetting about the little guy’s who got them there.Classic horror story, maybe if we keep the line of communication alive among ourselves in these forums we will profit again.
We had a shopping site earning as much as 1.5k per month when we were with CJ. Now that things have changed, we noticed a drop to 1.3k and at times, dropped to 1.2k. However, our traffic has not changed much, neither did our landing pages or conversion pages.
